Duties

• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with exceptional customer service problem-solving skills
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and performing visual inspections of the property
• Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and assistance to guests and staff
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review
• Enforce hotel emergency procedures swiftly and effectively to ensure guest safety at all times

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
• Strong knowledge of hotel management software such as OPERA and property management systems (PMS)
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone etiquette and guest relations expertise
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
• Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems and night audit procedures
• Ability to handle guest communication with tact and clarity across multi-line phone systems and in person
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and customer service problem-solving techniques
