Youngstown Yacht Club is looking for consistent weekend work with the opportunity for additional hours during our summer season.

Schedule

• Fridays & Saturdays during October
• Every other weekend from November through May (Closed the month of January)
• Evening Shifts
• Beginning in June, the Club operates Tuesday through Sunday, providing opportunities for additional shifts and hours.
• Schedule may vary based on Club events and business needs.

We are looking for someone who can commit to the weekend schedule and is interested in continuing with us into our busier summer season.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to Club members and their guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Enter orders accurately into the Clubspot POS System
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
• Assist with setup and breakdown for special events
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience
• Process member and guest payments accurately through the POS system
• Follow Club policies and service standards
• Provide a welcoming and professional experience for our members and guest.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Banquet, restaurant, or private-event experience is a plus
• Experience with a POS system preferred
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
