Job Summary

Part Time Weekend Brunch Server The Server Position is a Set Reliable 9:30am-3:30pm Shift Must Be Very Reliable Strong Minded, Leadership and Able to be Trained to Our Setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including handling tips and processing sales transactions with POS systems
• Maintain knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and food offerings to assist guests in making informed choices
• Uphold food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous food service or restaurant experience, preferably in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale venues
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy weekends
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle money responsibly
• Basic math skills for bill calculation and change handling; attention to detail is essential
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to start date
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts as needed
