Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers/leads.
• Explain products or services clearly to customers.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Maintain proper call records and follow up with interested customers.
• Communicate politely and professionally with customers.

Requirements

• Fresher and experienced candidates both are welcome.
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of smartphone and internet.
• Must have a smartphone and a stable internet connection.
• Comfortable working from home.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
