Partner Account Manager

Specifically, we are currently looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing Sales team as a Partner Account Manager. This role will mainly be responsible for managing relationships with our business partners (Accountants and Bookkeepers), managing the existing business partner portfolio, handle inbound channel sales inquiries, and actively prospect for new business partners.

For the role of Partner Account Manager, the following attributes would be essential:

• The ability to communicate effectively with prospective and existing partners

• Confidence with online systems, software, and technology in general, with a strong emphasis on browser-based web applications

• Familiarity or experience in the following applications:

  • Notion
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
  • Google Workspace applications (Docs/Sheets/Slides/Drive/Calendar)

For the role of Partner Account Manager, the following attributes would be ideal, but not essential:

• Experience in a sales role
• Experience with CRM software. Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaign is a plus
