Job Desc :

1. Develop a driver recruitment strategy and implement recruitment strategies to meet compan needs

2. Determine the right driver recruitment channel, whether through job portals, social media,

campuses, or headhunting

3. Driver Search and Selection; Identify and attract potential driver candidates

4. Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to ensure they match job requirements

5. Driver Interview and Assessment

6. Conduct interviews with drivers

7. Using a variety of interview methods, both direct interviews, telephone interviews, and

competency-based interviews

8. Carry out further assessments, for example through a test drive

9. Coordination with Manager Team and Other Departments

10. Analyze and Improve the driver hire process

11. Compile reports about the driver hire process starting from Leeds

12. Monitoring Market Trends for drivers online, visit , kopdar and share flyers

13. Coordinate with internal departments to manage policy, legal, and regulatory matters effectively

14. Support business expansion through proactive government engagement and stakeholder

management.

15. Helping to improve sales strategy

16. Finding and identifying new business opportunities

17. Contacting and building relationships with potential customers

18. Presenting the company's products or services

19. Identifying the needs and interests of potential customers

20. Coordinating with the sales team to follow up

Qualification :

• Have experience with the same position min 1 years
• Ability to work a team and independently
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill
• Experience in star up company will be advantage
