Working with an exceptional law firm, we are proud to be leading the search for a Partner Affairs professional based in their New York office.

As part of a wider team, this is a key role that will focus on supporting and enabling partner insights, integration, and governance across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Support governance and management activities across the partner lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate processes relating to lateral partner hiring and integration.
• Provide analysis and insights to support partnership-related decision-making.
• Develop and implement partnership affairs initiatives, policies, and processes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across legal, management, and operational functions.
• Contribute to data-driven reporting and strategic projects concerning the partnership.
• Assist with governance matters, partner admissions, departures, and other partnership-related activities.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate is likely to be a qualified attorney with experience in partnership, governance, employment, regulatory, or corporate matters gained within a law firm or other professional services environment.

You will bring:

• Strong legal and commercial judgment.
• Experience advising on complex stakeholder matters.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• The ability to work confidently with senior executives and partners.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
