Partner & Enterprise Support Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Partner & Enterprise Support Lead to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will shape and scale a global partner and enterprise support function that operates around the clock and serves complex external stakeholders. You will define the operating model, lead process transformation, and introduce technology-enabled solutions that improve service quality and efficiency. The position also partners closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to strengthen support outcomes, compliance, and product feedback loops.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $226,000 – $278,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for transforming partner support operations
• Lead the deployment of tech-enabled solutions, tools, and automation
• Own the organizational design and operational standards for global support and service
• Establish workflows ensuring regulatory compliance and incident response
• Implement a feedback architecture to drive product improvements from operational insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to enhance support

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise support and customer operations
• Proven record in transforming and scaling global support operations
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-channel global teams operating 24/7
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership in influencing senior executives
• Experience in performance governance and managing SLAs
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, or equivalent
