We are currently working on a Founding Senior Partner role at one of Germany's first AI-native commercial and compliance law firms.

Headquartered in Berlin, the firm works primarily with PE/VC-backed portfolio companies and mid-market entities on commercial contracts, IT/data, corporate, and regulatory matters—utilising a unique one-hour response model and fixed pricing.

The Opportunity:

This role is designed for an entrepreneurial partner who holds a portable, diversified book of business and wants to continue serving those clients while building true equity in a highly scalable firm, rather than just drawing a traditional share of fees. You will actively shape the trajectory of the practice alongside the co-founders, building something category-defining in the German market.

What They Are Seeking:

• A German-qualified lawyer ( Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin ) with circa 12–20 years of experience in German legal practice.
• A demonstrable, portable book of business, ideally focused on corporate and commercial matters.
• Experience working with private equity, venture capital clients, or tech-heavy portfolio companies is highly advantageous but not a strict prerequisite.
• Native-level German language skills.

Location:

The firm operates on a modern hybrid model out of Berlin. While Berlin-based candidates are highly welcomed, they are also open to candidates based elsewhere in Germany.
