An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an established Director or Partner within the building consultancy market to take on a significant national leadership position.

We're representing a leading international multidisciplinary consultancy seeking a commercially driven individual to lead and further develop an established, high-performing real estate advisory business.

This isn't a turnaround opportunity or a business you need to build from scratch.

You'll inherit an established national team, a substantial multimillion-pound P&L and an impressive portfolio of institutional clients. The opportunity lies in taking an already successful business further, with the resources, reputation and international reach of a major consultancy behind you.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of the strategic direction, commercial performance and continued growth of a national advisory business specialising in Building Surveying and Technical Due Diligence.

Your remit will include:

• Leading a substantial national business, with full commercial and P&L accountability.
• Strengthening relationships with institutional investors, lenders, private equity firms and major real estate clients.
• Driving organic growth, identifying new revenue streams and securing high-value advisory instructions.
• Providing strategic leadership to an experienced senior management team.
• Capitalising on opportunities to integrate wider technical, project and consultancy services across existing client relationships.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're particularly interested in speaking with established Partners, Equity Partners, Managing Directors and Senior Directors who have progressed from a technical property background into commercial leadership.

You'll ideally bring:

• A foundation in Building Surveying, Technical Due Diligence or Monitoring, ideally with MRICS accreditation.
• An established network across the commercial property, investment or financial services markets.
• A demonstrable track record of managing significant P&Ls, leading teams and growing advisory revenue.
• Strong commercial instincts, strategic leadership capabilities and the credibility to operate at boardroom level.
