  • Drive new partners toward activation and their first signed case
  • Complete a structured handoff to Account Management after the first signed case
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and partner-stage tracking
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner development and onboarding processes
  • Represent the firm at conferences and industry events

What We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who brings:

  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Professional communication and executive presence

  • The ability to build credibility with attorneys and senior-level professionals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent follow-through and accountability
  • A competitive, results-oriented mindset
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving ability
  • The ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience

  • Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, legal services, professional services, or another relationship-focused environment
  • Demonstrated success developing external business relationships
  • Experience working with attorneys, law firms, or referral-based business models is preferred
  • Experience in personal injury law or professional services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Primarily office-based position with frequent computer, phone, and virtual meeting use
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Occasional travel for partner meetings, conferences, or networking events may be required

  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off (PTO)
