Partner Engineer

Overview intellicia Inc. brings a new paradigm to the B2B market with innovative AI technology. The company was founded by the co-CEO and early members of Dable, who scaled personalized recommendation services to thousands of media outlets across seven Asian countries and sold the company for KRW 180 billion.

This role integrates intellicia's AI Synthetic Consumers into partners' internal ERP and business systems, and directly designs and builds the integration services we deliver to partners. You own the full journey — designing synthetic-consumer systems usable anywhere in a partner's environment, developing them, and rolling them out to production — collaborating directly with client engineering and domain teams.

What You Will Experience

• AI-native development, using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) across the entire workflow
• Architecting modern AI products that integrate with partner systems across industries (consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, etc.)
• Leading partner projects end to end — from technical meetings and PoCs to integration development and operations
• Technical support for domestic and international partners and scaling a B2B product
• Directly shaping product direction by feeding partner-site feedback into the product and research roadmap

Responsibilities Responsibilities are tailored to your strengths and growth potential — you will not necessarily do all of the below.

Partner system integration (core)

• Build and maintain integrations of our SaaS solution into partners' internal ERP and business systems
• BE: design and build servers for API relay, data transformation, and more
• FE: build UIs that conform to each partner's FE framework and design system
• Analyze partner requirements, define integration specs, and write technical documentation
• Develop and deploy within partner-provided environments (VDI, etc.)

intellicia SaaS platform development (as capacity allows)

• Develop and maintain systems that improve our synthetic-consumer survey platform (in-house SaaS)
• Systematize partner-integration patterns into reusable templates, SDKs, and playbooks

Requirements Backend / system integration experience

• 2+ years of hands-on backend development with Python, Java, Node.js, or similar
• Experience designing/building REST APIs and integrating external systems
• Working knowledge of RDBMS and auth/security handling (OAuth, API keys, etc.)

Frontend development experience

• Web UI development with modern FE frameworks such as React or Vue
• Ability to quickly pick up and apply new frameworks to match a partner's stack and design system (AI tools welcome)

Smooth collaboration with partners

• Communication skills to proactively lead technical meetings with partner developers and practitioners
• Ability to read intent behind loosely defined requirements and turn them into a working service

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B SaaS: API or partner-integration experience on a B2B SaaS product
• Constrained environments: prior development in partner-provided setups such as VDI or air-gapped networks
• Developer experience (DX): built SDKs, API docs, or developer portals yourself
• Cloud/infra: development and operations on AWS/GCP and container environments such as Docker and Kubernetes
• LLM: built services on LLM APIs, or solid understanding of generative-AI products
• Customer-facing technical roles: experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar
• Languages: able to communicate technically in English or Japanese
