About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic professional to help expand and manage Trukkys TAP Partner Network.

This is a hands-on role combining Partner Acquisition, Sales, Partner Training and Operations. The right candidate will be trained to independently manage partner expansion and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new TAP Partners through Naukri, Meta & inbound leads.
• Call, pitch and aggressively convert prospects into new partners.
• Onboard, train and handhold new partners.
• Manage existing partners and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth execution.
• Track partner activity, performance and activation.
• Follow up with leads and inactive partners to drive growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Who We're Looking For

• 6+ months of experience; Transport/Logistics experience preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making frequent calls and following up.
• Target-oriented, energetic and hungry to grow.
• Basic computer/Excel skills.
• Willingness to learn transport operations.
