Partner Experience Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Partner Experience Manager to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will shape and improve the partner journey across digital touchpoints, workflows, and governance processes. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities, enhance access and visibility, and strengthen the overall partner experience. The position will also help translate business needs into scalable systems that improve consistency, accuracy, and feedback-driven decision-making.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $185,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap and governance for the partner portal
• Manage content standards and ensure accuracy for partner resources
• Define business priorities for partner lifecycle improvements
• Establish access and visibility strategies for partner interactions
• Identify and prioritize enhancements to partner experiences
• Lead structured feedback collection from partners and track improvements
• Facilitate partner advisory board activities to synthesize insights

Qualifications

• 6+ years in partner operations or related fields
• Proven experience enhancing user journeys across digital and process touchpoints
• Ability to convert business needs into effective workflows and systems
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and similar external user platforms
• Strong skills in process design and change management
• Experience leading partner feedback initiatives and synthesizing findings
