About Policy Services Limited:

Policy Services, part of the St. James’s Place Group (SJP), is based in Falkirk and is committed to delivering an exclusive, high-quality service to SJP Partner Practices. As a Partner Experience Manager within our Partner Accounts Team, you will manage a portfolio of Practices and serve as their dedicated point of contact throughout the transfer of their business to Policy Services. You will coordinate each transition from start to finish, provide clear and consistent updates, resolve queries and help create a smooth, positive experience for every Partner.

The Role:

As a Partner Experience Manager, you will report to Partner Accounts Team Leader and will be part of the Partner Accounts Team and as such your job role may occasionally require you to help others complete their duties. The organisation uses a bespoke system which has been created by our IT team; you will be provided with the necessary training to become fluent in its use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with mail queries
• Processing of incoming/outgoing mail
• Be involved with potential recruits in order to sell Policy Services Ltd and discuss the processes in detailed to ensure a full understanding prior to joining PS.
• Regular weekly calls with Partnership Recruitment Managers and recruits prior to appointment
• Weekly update calls with Adviser during the transition process to provide them with regular updates.
• Responsible for dealing with issues which Partners bring to them and handle these appropriately to ensure a positive outcome for the Partner and the business.
• Host recruit meetings with new recruits and Partnership Recruitment Managers to introduce PS and our processes.
• May be required to attend SJP locations in order to train partners and PSS on our systems.
• Become the main point of contact for a number of Partners.
• Set up access to our back office system, MyPSaccount.com for all new accounts and introduce the Adviser / PA / relevant person to the system and its features in detail.
• Contact with product provider on a daily basis in order to chase transfer requests.
• Answer any calls that may come into the company in relation to new accounts / recruits / transfers but also be able to confidently answer questions on other departments and their processes.
• To ensure that as many SJP partners have an account with Policy Services by introducing and selling the company.

Salaries and Benefits:

Salary £27,500 + bonus opportunities.

Candidates should have to following attributes:

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

A comprehensive understanding of Microsoft office.

Confident telephone manner together with accuracy and attention to detail.

You will be able to work to deadlines and present yourself in a professional manner as there are often visitors in the office.

You must be able to adapt to fast paced changes to the Financial Services Industry.

1-3 years previous experience in a similar role. Standard Grade English is required.
