Partner, Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services

For our client, we are seeking a Partner, Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space.

This leadership role will focus on guiding complex forensic, litigation support, and valuation engagements while helping expand the firm's advisory reach. The position blends technical accounting expertise with client service, business development, and team leadership in a high-trust professional services environment. You will work across research, analysis, quality control, and relationship development to support both engagement delivery and practice growth. The role is well suited for a seasoned professional who can mentor others, deepen client relationships, and contribute to revenue generation.

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $280,000 – $400,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough company, industry, and economic research
• Analyze and interpret financial statements for clients
• Document work products and ensure quality maintenance
• Lead departmental training and foster a culture of continuous learning
• Expand and deepen service offerings to existing clients
• Supervise firm engagements and special projects
• Initiate business development activities and build professional networks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics and an advanced degree in a related field
• CPA or equivalent certification required
• 12+ years of progressive experience in forensic, litigation, and valuation services
• Experience generating a minimum of $1.5 million in new revenue annually
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, including mentoring associates
• Broad knowledge of litigation and expert services, especially damage calculations
