What they need
- Mendukung proses akuisisi dan onboarding driver partner melalui aktivitas online maupun offline
- Mengidentifikasi peluang acquisition berdasarkan kondisi market dan kebutuhan supply driver
- Menjalankan program engagement, incentive, dan retention untuk meningkatkan aktivitas driver
- Mengelola komunikasi dengan driver melalui WhatsApp, social groups, dan channel komunikasi lainnya
- Menyelenggarakan aktivitas offline seperti driver gathering, focus group, dan training
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Field Operations, Creative, Product, Customer Support, dan Analytics untuk memastikan campaign berjalan dengan baik
- Berkoordinasi dengan vendor dan field team dalam pelaksanaan campaign serta recruitment drive
- Melakukan monitoring pelaksanaan campaign agar berjalan sesuai timeline dan target
