The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Partner Manager to grow strategic partnerships and drive revenue across the US market. This quota-carrying role focuses on building partner-generated pipeline, closing new business, and expanding Panaya's ecosystem of SIs, resellers, ISVs, and strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner growth strategies.
• Build and manage executive relationships with partners and customers.
• Drive pipeline generation and revenue through partner channels.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners.
• Lead joint go-to-market initiatives with Sales and Marketing.
• Manage opportunities from qualification through close.
• Track partner performance and optimize engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software and channel sales experience.
• Proven success achieving revenue targets.
• Strong SaaS sales background.
• Experience working with SIs, resellers, and strategic alliances.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Reporting & Scope

• Reports to VP Sales, Americas.
• Individual contributor role with cross-functional leadership responsibilities.
• Owns a defined territory and partner ecosystem.
