About the role

As a Partner, Private Client & Executive Solutions, you will have complete co-equal status to manage and scale the shared regional territory. This role requires an institutional corporate mindset combined with an autonomous founder mentality. This position is designed exclusively for established industry professionals who want to transition from a transactional broker mindset to a founding stakeholder position with genuine enterprise upside.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage and scale your existing portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, corporate flight desks, and family offices onto the corporate platform
• Source, structure, and arrange complex private aircraft charters globally utilizing live data layers and operator networks
• Coordinate and manage complex, high-value negotiations, international logistics, and worldwide flight manifests for a global client base
• Work within a highly cooperative, dual-pool framework where you co-consult on ultra-high-value deals to ensure flawless 30-minute response SLAs and premium trip execution
• Act as a core member of the executive launch team, bringing a true owner's mindset to optimize internal systems, risk profiles, and operational margins

About you

• Established, active charter broker within private aviation or superyacht brokerage with a portable book of business
• Absolute, flawless professional fluency in English is mandatory
• Experience working with institutional compliance, handling family offices, or operating within structured corporate environments
• Must prioritize data discipline, strict SLA compliance, and process transparency
• Highly comfortable working autonomously from the launch war-room in Hua Hin, building out infrastructure, and scaling the brand from the ground up
• Secondary language skills such as Mandarin/Chinese are an asset
