Partner Relations Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Partner Relationship Manager, your core focus will be to:

• Portfolio Management: Efficiently manage a dedicated portfolio of partners and clients via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.

• Market Promotion: Drive brand awareness and promote our products and services to partners specifically within Singapore.

• Relationship Building: Proactively develop and maintain excellent long-term relationships with both prospective and existing partners.

• Target Achievement: Contribute actively to overall team success by consistently achieving targeted results and KPIs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Mandatory).

• Language Proficiency: Ability to speak fluently in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (Mandatory).

• Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.

• Industry Experience: Prior experience handling partners or clients within the financial services sector is considered a strong advantage.

• Work Style: Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of organization.

• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication capabilities with a natural talent for building rapport.
