Job Description

We are seeking a Partner Support Assistant to manage and strengthen relationships with business partners by ensuring smooth onboarding, communication, issue resolution, and operational support. The role is responsible for delivering excellent partner experience while supporting operational goals and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day partner concerns and operational requirements.
• Handle escalated inquiries and coordinate resolutions with the appropriate teams.
• Analyze customer and partner experience data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as SLA, turnaround time, and resolution rates.
• Investigate complaints and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and policies.
• Conduct training sessions and operational updates for frontline teams.
• Update internal databases and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Monitor customer concerns across various channels and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's Degree in any field.

✅ At least two (2) years of customer service, partner support, account management, or related experience.

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✅ Experience using CRM and customer service platforms.

✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
