• Update the progress on a daily basis to the national manager in the morning meet

Support

• To coordinate with customers and address all their concerns
• To keep the customers happy and engaged in our platform
• To bring back the inactive customers and encourage them to use our app for business

VAS Sales

• To pitch for value added services like Fastag, Insurance, Fuel card
• To achieve the targets by convincing the truck owner with the benefits of these services.
