Role Description

As a Founding DVM, you will shape, launch, and lead a fully funded hospital built around your medical passions and your community’s needs. The hospitals are designed to reflect the vision of their founders.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a license in good standing to practice in the state of Texas
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a veterinarian
• A strong foundation in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• A compassionate and collaborative leadership philosophy with the ability to mentor and develop associate veterinarians and support staff.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong understanding of what it takes to run a successful practice.
