• Lead a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families, and private business clients.
• Deliver forward-thinking advice across the firm’s extensive client base.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team focussed on a client first mentality.
• Drive business growth through your network and reputation.
• Collaborate with Partners in tax, superannuation, and investments to offer truly integrated solutions.
• Influence firm strategy and play a key role in Partner succession.

What you’ll bring

• CFP, FASEA (or equivalent) and 10+ years relevant experience.
• Deep experience advising HNW individuals, family groups, and SMEs.
• Proven ability to grow relationships and drive new business.
• Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and driven to make an impact.
• Leadership presence with a passion for developing others.
