Position Overview:
The Fresno Grizzlies are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven Partnership Activation Coordinator to support and enhance the experience of our corporate partners. This role plays a key part in the execution, fulfillment, and retention of sponsorship agreements while contributing to the overall success of the Corporate Partnership Department. This is a paid, part-time temporary position through May of 2027.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate activation or partnership entitlements across multiple projects simultaneously
• Acquisition and organization of proof of performance photos for all activations
  • In-game promotions
  • Physical signage
  • Video board promotions
  • Digital promotions
• Assist with invoice fulfillment and AR responsibilities, CRM organization, and execution of all entitlements
• Create and maintain internal spreadsheets to track inventory, entitlements, and activation status across all accounts
• Collaboration with other internal departments to ensure all needs are met for game day activations
• Strong written and verbal communication with all parties via phone, email, and in-person/virtual meetings
• All other job duties as they arise

Qualifications:

• Photography/videography skills are preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• 1-2 years of previous experience within collegiate or professional sports organizations

Minimum Time Commitment:

• 25-30 hours per week
• Schedule will be flexible, but the ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and/or game days is a must
