Help Build the Partnership Engine Behind One of the UAE’s Fast-Growing Fintech Businesses
At Finanshels, we help UAE businesses stay financially organised, compliant and ready to grow. Our services cover accounting, tax, compliance, payroll, CFO support and other essential financial services for businesses across the UAE. As we continue to grow our partner ecosystem, we are looking for an energetic and ambitious Partnership Appointment Setter to join our Partnerships team.
This is not a traditional telesales role.
You will be the first point of contact between Finanshels and potential strategic partners—identifying the right companies, starting conversations, creating interest and getting the right people into meetings with our Partnership Managers.
If you enjoy speaking to people, are comfortable picking up the phone, have the confidence to start conversations with business owners and are motivated by targets, this could be a great opportunity to build a career in B2B sales, partnerships and business development.
What You will Be Doing
Your Primary Objective Is Simple

Create qualified partnership opportunities and fill the calendars of our Partnership Managers with high-quality meetings.

Research and identify potential partners across the UAE, including business setup companies, free zones, consultants, professional services firms and SME-focused businesses.

Identify organisations that have strong potential to refer businesses to Finanshels.

Reach out to prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email.

Introduce Finanshels and communicate our partnership proposition clearly.

Speak with business owners, decision-makers and senior stakeholders.

Qualify prospects based on their business profile, customer base and partnership potential.

Handle objections and create enough interest to secure a meeting.

Book qualified meetings directly into Partnership Managers' calendars.

Maintain accurate activity and prospect information in our CRM.

Track your outreach, conversion and meeting performance.

Continuously improve your messaging and approach based on what works.

You won't be expected to close partnership deals or negotiate commercials.
Your job is to open the door and create the opportunity.
What Success Looks Like
This is a performance-driven role, and you willl have clear goals to work towards.

7 qualified meetings per day

154+ meetings per month

80%+ ICP match rate

75%+ meeting show-up rate

Consistently generating partners with meaningful customer referral potential

Quality matters just as much as quantity. We don't want someone simply filling calendars. We want someone who understands who makes a good Finanshels partner and why.
Who We Are Re Looking For

A fresh graduate looking to start a career in B2B sales or partnerships.

Someone with 1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development, customer success or recruitment.

A naturally persuasive communicator who enjoys speaking to business owners.

Someone who is highly target-oriented and enjoys the satisfaction of hitting numbers.

Experience is helpful, but attitude matters more.

If you’re the type of person who hears “no” and thinks, “Let me try a different approach,” we’d like to meet you.

Taking coaching and continuously improving.

You willl Have an Advantage If You Have Experience With:
