Partnership

About the role

Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the Partnerships Department. Communicate and negotiate with external parties to establish and implement partnership programs. Maintain strong and long-term relationships with both active and previous partners. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth implementation of partnership programs. Develop a strong understanding of IndoPsyCare's services, as well as the related operational and administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and negotiate with external parties to establish and implement partnership programs
• Maintain strong and long-term relationships with both active and previous partners
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth implementation of partnership programs
• Develop a strong understanding of IndoPsyCare's services and related operational and administrative processes
• Conduct field visits, including company visits and attending partner meetings
• Support partnership programs

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in partnerships, or sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines
• Eager to learn about psychological services and administrative processes
• Willing to conduct field visits, including company visits, attending partner meetings, and supporting partnership programs
• Flexible to work outside regular office hours when required
