Partnership Development

Key Responsibilities

1.     KOL & Influencer Management

• Identify and acquire new KOLs, influencers, trading educators, affiliates, IBs, academies and financial communities.
• Build and manage a qualified partnership pipeline.
• Negotiate commercial terms, CPA/IB/performance models and partnership packages.
• Convert qualified partners into active, revenue-generating partnerships.
• Maintain and grow existing partner relationships.

2.     Partnership Development

• Develop strategic partnerships with trading academies, financial education platforms, media outlets, and community leaders.
• Organize joint webinars, educational sessions, and online events with partners.
• Support B2B and affiliate partner activities to generate qualified client leads.
• Maintain strong, positive, and professional relationships with key partners.

3.     Performance & Analytics

• Monitor performance using defined KPIs.
• Prepare performance and ROI reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with regional teams to optimize marketing spend and results.

4.     Compliance & Branding

• Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with guidelines.
• Work closely with compliance and marketing teams to review promotional content before publication.
• Localize and adapt global marketing messages to suit the Thailand market.

What you need to have

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Experience:

·        At lease 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or affiliate management.

·        Experience in CFD, Fintech or Financial Services is strongly preferred.

·        Good understanding of Thailand market.

Skills:

·        Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.

·        Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure performance and optimize campaigns.

·        English or Mandarin is advantageous.
