Partnership Intern

Job Descriptions:

-Research and update the database of potential and existing partners, including relevant contact information.
-Monitor partners’ social media activities and collect data for partnership and campaign reports.
-Prepare and update SKK (Surat Kesepakatan Kerja) data and supporting documents for partnership needs.
-Monitor and update the progress of partnership processes, deliverables, and timelines.
-Input and maintain social media schedules and partnership-related content calendars.
-Assist the Partnership team with any other administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth execution of partnership campaigns and events.

Requirements:
-Final-year student or fresh graduate from Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Media, or related fields.

-Available for 3 months internship period (October - January 2027)

-Available for hybrid work setting with 2x WFO/week.

-Strong interest in media, beauty, lifestyle, brand partnerships, events, and digital marketing.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple projects and deadlines.

-Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

-Comfortable working with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
