Partnership Manager / Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
• Build relationships with SME owners, corporate clients, accountants, company secretaries, bankers, consultants and other professional partners.
• Develop and manage ICISP's introducer and referral network.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, partnerships, referrals and business events.
• Conduct meetings and present ICISP's services to potential partners and clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing business partners.
• Represent ICISP at networking events, seminars and industry functions.
• Maintain partner and opportunity records through the company's CRM system.
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly business-development KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in business development, partnership management, relationship management, SME banking, financial services, corporate services or B2B sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident dealing with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded and results-oriented.
• Existing network of SME owners or professional business contacts will be an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin or Chinese dialect proficiency is an added advantage.
