Partnership Manager - VIC

Are you passionate about supporting small businesses to succeed? Join AFG's Victorian Sales Team and become a trusted adviser to a portfolio of mortgage brokers, helping them grow their businesses through industry-leading technology, marketing support, and business development expertise.

In this hands-on relationship management role, you'll build strong partnerships, identify growth opportunities, support broker success, and help expand AFG's network across Victoria.

What you'll do:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of AFG mortgage broking businesses.
• Build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional support to brokers.
• Help brokers improve profitability, efficiency, customer outcomes, and business performance.
• Identify opportunities to drive adoption of AFG's products, CRM technology, marketing solutions, and business tools.
• Recruit and onboard new broker businesses to AFG.
• Support brokers to operate in line with legal and regulatory requirements, including Best Interest Duty obligations.
• Drive portfolio growth across Residential, Commercial, Asset Finance and Personal Lending.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to help maintain AFG's market-leading position.

What we're looking for

You thrive on building relationships and helping businesses achieve their goals. You're commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable managing your own portfolio while working collaboratively with a high-performing team.

To be successful in the role you'll bring:

• Experience working with small business owners or self-employed professionals.
• A passion for helping businesses improve performance and grow.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
• Experience in the mortgage broking or finance industry is advantageous, but not essential.
