Partnership Specialist

Job Descriptions :

1.- Preparing nationwide Cinema Rental promotional ideas and planning.

2.- Cinema rental preparation (Pricing Analysis, T&C, Train Site Team, Preparing Content Merchandising)

3.- Monitoring cinema rental activity and creating report related to Cinema Rental Activity.

4.- Develop and sell rental packages to corporate clients, schools, and institutions

5.- Plan and organize group screenings (nobar) for various client segments

6.- Build partnership with community and other partners regarding cinema rental & exploring new ideas for cinema usage

7.- Preparing and analyzing potential partner (based on industry, or current trends).

8.- Pitching, negotiation, and dealing with partner regarding every possible partnership program.

9.- Monitoring partner promotion performance and creating report related to every partner promotion performance.

10.- Look for new payment channels to be implemented on site and at online payment channels.

11.- Manage Promotion initiatives (BOGOF from local production house)

12.- Prepare business case for new partner’s assessment (if Cinepolis to co-fund or bear some costs) for specific BOM’s approval per LoA.

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2. 6–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management, preferably in media or entertainment industry
3. Strong knowledge of partnership strategy, commercial deals, and stakeholder management
4. Proven ability to develop proposals and manage partnership lifecycle end-to-end
5. Strong negotiation and analytical skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
8. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
9. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
10. Fluent in English (prefer)
11. Strong interest in the cinema and entertainment industry
