What they need
ลักษณะงาน
- รับเงินโอนขาเข้าจากต่างประเทศผ่านบริการ WU ring และนำเงินเข้าบัญชีลูกค้า ตามคำสั่งจ่ายเงินของผู้ส่งเงิน
- ยกเลิก แก้ไขข้อมูลผู้รับเงิน ตรวจสอบสถานะของรายการส่งเงินด่วน Western Union หรือแก้ไขรายละเอียดผู้รับเงินให้ถูกต้องตามคำร้องขอจากลูกค้า โดย ประสานงานกับหน่วยงาน Customer Service ของ Western Union
- สรุปรายการธุรกรรมประจำวันของบริการ Western Union ที่ได้รับจากแต่ละช่องทางให้มีความครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านข้อมูลและรายละเอียดบริการ Western Union แก่ลูกค้า และหน่วยงานภายในธนาคาร
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการ เศรษฐศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ และสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการติดต่อประสานงาน ละเอียด่รอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี - ดีมาก
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
