About the Role:

We're looking for an Alliance and Partnership Associate to help grow and strengthen Bellevie's marketplace ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying high-quality service partners, managing onboarding, driving partner engagement, and ensuring marketplace supply aligns with customer demand. This is a high-ownership role that combines business development, relationship management, operations, and marketplace strategy.

What You'll Do

Identify and onboard high-quality partners across marketplace categories.

Build and nurture relationships with vendors and service providers.

Coordinate end-to-end partner onboarding, documentation, and launch.

Monitor partner responsiveness, lead fulfilment, and service quality.

Work closely with Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve partner experience.

Analyze marketplace coverage and identify supply gaps across micromarkets.

Track partner performance metrics and recommend actions to improve marketplace health.

Support commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership renewals.

Maintain accurate partner records and reporting in CRM tools.

What We're Looking For

2-4 years of experience in Alliances, Business Development, Partnerships, or Vendor Management.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
