Partnerships & Event Coordination (Part-Time Freelancer)

We at finmarie and Schulgold are looking for a structured, proactive and highly independent freelancer to help us grow our network and presence through strategic partnerships and event planning.

finmarie is a women-owned company with a predominantly female team dedicated to helping women take control of their financial futures. We develop training, coaching with certified financial advisors and digital tools that create real, often transformative impact — supporting women through all life stages, from marriage and motherhood to divorce, widowhood or simply learning better budgeting habits later in life.

With our initiative Schulgold, we also bring financial education directly into schools, empowering the next generation early on.

📍 Remote (preferably based in Germany) | 🕒 Part-time | 📅 Start: September

Languages: English & German (both fluent) – Applications without fluent German will not be considered.

🔍 What you will do

• Identify and contact potential cooperation partners – especially female networks, educational organizations, NGOs and like-minded initiatives.
• Map strategic contacts and keep an organized outreach overview.
• Plan and coordinate online & offline events with partners to drive B2C growth (including logistics, communication and follow-ups).
• Research relevant industry events and conferences (national & international) for 2026 where finmarie or Schulgold should have a presence (as speakers, panelists, hosts or exhibitors).
• Share regular updates and strategic suggestions with the team. Be willing and available to attend in-person events when needed – therefore, being based in Germany is highly preferred.

What we’re looking for

• Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written) 👉 Please note: Applications without fluent German will not be considered.
• Very independent, self-driven and structured working style (ideally like Janet, who sends short, weekly update emails – see attachment).
• Strong communication skills & attention to detail.
• Understanding of partnerships and events in the areas of female empowerment, education and finance.
• At least 1 year of professional experience working in a startup or similar fast-paced environment.
• Preferably located in Germany and open to travel to events.
• Experience in research, project coordination or event management is a plus.
