Partnerships Manager (100%)

INUIKII is a dynamic international footwear brand known for combining distinctive design with comfort, quality, and functionality. To support our continued growth and the expansion of our operations into new markets, we are looking for a Logistics and Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team in Zürich.

As Creator Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with creators, influencers, celebrities, KOLs, ambassadors, affiliates, and strategic partners. You will drive partnerships from research and outreach to gifting, creative concepts, execution, tracking, and performance analysis, helping strengthen brand awareness, cultural relevance, content creation, and commercial performance.

Tasks

• Research and identify relevant creators, influencers, celebrities, KOLs, and potential brand partners across key markets
• Manage outreach, communication, negotiations, and ongoing relationships with talent, agencies, managers, and partners
• Manage influencer and celebrity gifting, including the influencer store, product seeding, shipments, and follow-ups
• Develop and distribute creative concepts and briefs for organic collaborations, paid partnerships, and partnership ads
• Manage sponsored creators and KOLs and identify relevant sponsorship opportunities
• Build and develop the affiliate program, including recruitment, activation, tracking, and performance
• Build and manage a network of long-term brand ambassadors
• Develop celebrity and VIP outreach, including gifting, placements, and potential collaborations
• Coordinate creator content that can be used across organic social, paid media, e-commerce, and other brand channels
• Implement and improve tracking and reporting across creator, gifting, affiliate, and paid partnership activities
• Analyze campaign and partnership performance and translate results into actionable recommendations
• Support the organization of photo shoots, video productions, creator shoots, and other content productions
• Work closely with Brand, Social Media, Creative, E-Commerce, PR, and Performance Marketing teams

Additional Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with international stylists, celebrity stylists, costume departments, production companies, and industry contacts to create placement opportunities with celebrities, high-profile personalities, film and series productions, and relevant cultural projects
• Proactively identify and approach cross-industry partnership opportunities in categories such as skincare, beauty, wellbeing, lifestyle, hospitality, design, and other areas that naturally complement INUIKII
• Develop creative collaborations with like-minded brands and partners to expand INUIKII’s reach into new audiences and cultural space

Requirements

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, PR, affiliate marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media, fashion, creators, celebrities, and digital culture
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-management skills
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for relevant talent, content, and brand fit
• Analytical and comfortable working with KPIs, tracking, and performance data
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English
• Build a strong and scalable network of creators, ambassadors, celebrities, affiliates, and partners that increases brand desirability, creates relevant content, expands reach, and delivers measurable result
