This role can be on a remote B2B contract. In the locations where we have an office, it would be a hybrid position.

The Role

We’re rapidly growing across our commercial function and are hiring a number of experienced Business Development Managers / Partnerships Managers to grow our client base and revenue across Forex and CFD products. You’ll identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored trading solutions that drive long-term success.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively source and develop new business opportunities in the Forex/CFD space
• Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline
• lMeet or exceed sales targets through effective product positioning
• Develop lasting relationships with clients and partners (IBs, affiliates, institutional)
• Understand client needs and deliver customized trading solutions
• Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity
• Lead presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals confidently
• Maintain accurate reporting and provide excellent post-sale support

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related
• fieldSeniority: minimum 2 years experience in Forex, CFD, or financial services - we are hiring at various levels of seniority from junior to team Lead
• Solid understanding of FX trading and partnership models (IBs, affiliates, institutional)
• Proven sales track record with strong negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
