Crucible is a functional fitness event brand connecting athletes, communities, and global partners through high-impact events across Southeast Asia.

We are growing our partnership ecosystem and are looking for a Partnership Executive to help build, manage, and expand brand and sponsor relationships.

Role Overview

This role focuses on partnership development and relationship management. You’ll help identify potential partners, support sponsorship deals, and manage partner relationships before, during, and after events.

This role suits someone confident in communication, structured in follow-ups, and excited about building long-term brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development - Identify and outreach potential sponsors and brand partners

• Support preparation of partnership decks and proposals
• Assist in partnership negotiations and deal coordination

Account & Relationship Management - Manage communication with partners before, during, and after events

• Coordinate partner deliverables (branding, activations, content)
• Ensure partner expectations and commitments are fulfilled

Event & Activation Support - Support on-ground partner activations during events

• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver partnership assets
• Assist with post-event reporting and follow-ups

Growth & Expansion - Support partnership opportunities for workout tours and international events

• Help expand Crucible partnerships into new markets

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations

Good written and spoken English (Thai a plus)

Organised, proactive, and results-driven

Based in Thailand or willing to relocate

Nice to Have - Experience in partnerships, sales, sponsorships, or brand management

• Experience in events, sports, or fitness industries
• Existing network in brands, gyms, or lifestyle businesses
