Partnerships Manager

Baadshah Box is looking for a well-connected professional who can bring brands on board for our cricket league and sports entertainment initiatives. The ideal candidate should have existing relationships with brand owners, marketing heads, CMOs, or media agencies and the ability to turn those connections into successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach brands for sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
• Use existing industry connections to secure meetings with decision-makers.
• Present partnership opportunities focused on brand visibility, consumer engagement, and on-ground activations.
• Prepare customised proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Build lasting relationships with brands and agencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver partner commitments.
• Manage the partnership pipeline and achieve agreed revenue targets.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, media sales, or business development.
• An established network of brand and agency contacts is essential.
• A proven track record of securing partnerships or closing commercial deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, or events is preferred.

Compensation: Based on experience and demonstrated ability to bring in brand partnerships.
