As we expand our portfolio and R&D capabilities, we are seeking a Partnerships Project Manager who combines pharmaceutical technical expertise with business experience.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Role Overview

The role will help build and manage international partnerships, The role will help build and manage international partnerships, monitor the key milestones of the agreements and coordinate the delivery of agreed projects.and coordinate the delivery of agreed projects.

Working closely with Business Development, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Supply Chain, Project Manager will connect technical feasibility with commercial value and ensure that partner commitments translate into clear, achievable project plans.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Manage, develop and secure strategic partnerships in the industry and manage contractual and commercial relationships with partners.

• Ensure the seamless business continuety of existing and new products to cross-functional teams and support their continued development.

• Practical experience in business development, licensing, alliance management or commercial partnership activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main responsibilities of this role include the following:

• Manage various agreements including the pipeline and portfolio.

·      Build and strengthen a global network of development and manufacturing partners

·      Evaluate resource requirements and expected returns against business cases, leveraging available programs and capabilities to maximize the value of each selected deal

• Negotiate with all required marties

·      Collaborate in various teams and closely monitor the progress of products added to the portfolio with project managements skills and tools/software.

• Travelling to partners often is required.
• Familiarity with CRM softwares.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

·      Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.

·      Typically 4-6 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.

·      Demonstrated technical experience in pharmaceutical development, technology transfer, regulatory affairs or technical project management.

·      Practical experience in business development, licensing, alliance management or commercial partnership activities.

·      Understanding of generic medicine development and commercialisation; experience with complex generics or value-added medicines is an advantage.

·      Ability to evaluate technical information, negotiate and explain its business implications.

·      Experience coordinating internal teams and external development or manufacturing partners.

·      Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.

·      Excellent English and available to travel internationally.
