PARTS ADMIN

Inventory & Logistics Management:

Maintain accurate records of parts inventory.

Conduct regular stock checks and audits.

Receive, process, and dispatch parts orders.

Track shipments and manage delivery timelines.

Monitor back orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics companies.

Prepare payments to suppliers and vendors.

Operations & System Management:

Use inventory management systems or ERP software to record transactions.

Maintain updated pricing, part numbers, and vendor information.

Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and returns.

Resolve issues with delayed or incorrect orders.

Sales & Customer Support:

Assist technicians or service teams in sourcing required parts.

Offer technical information about parts when necessary.

Prepare quotations to walk-in or call-in clients.

Documentation & Reporting:

Encode transactions and adjustments in the parts system.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for the Aftersales Manager.Workplace Upkeep:

Organize and label parts in the stockroom using the proper system.

Observe 5S and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Pay: From Php19,630.00 per month
