Parts Advisor

Overview
We are offering a very competitive salary for a dedicated and organised Parts Adviser to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting customer orders and enquiries to ensure smooth operations. Duties

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their needs, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
• Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Manage incoming stock, organise storage areas, and ensure parts are correctly labelled and easily accessible.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to track orders and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Keep the work environment clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
• Using a Company vehicle to deliver to our customers at certain times. For insurance purposes this rquires a minimum age of 30.

Qualifications

• Proven organisational skills with experience in inventory management or related roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using MAM or other EPC preferable.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair is advantageous but not essential.
• Prior experience in a parts department is essential.
