Parts Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join a well:established car dealership, providing vehicle sales, servicing, repairs and parts support to customers across the region.

As a Parts Advisor, youll ensure the workshop and customers receive the right parts efficiently, working closely with technicians, suppliers and service teams.

This full:time role offers basic salary of A GBP 27,700 with OTE up to A GBP 32,000 and benefits.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Supplying parts to workshop and retail customers.
• Identifying, sourcing and ordering the correct parts.
• Checking availability, costs and expected delivery times.
• Monitoring stock levels and completing regular stock checks.
• Receiving, checking and storing delivered parts correctly.
• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
• Working closely with Service and Sales teams.
• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Handling customer enquiries professionally by telephone and face:to:face.
• Maintaining an organised and efficient Parts Department.

The Candidates From The Following Background Will Be Considered

• Parts Advisor, Parts Adviser, Parts Sales Advisor, Parts Consultant, Parts Specialist or in a similar role.

What We Are Looking For

• Approx. 2 years of experience as a Parts Advisor.
• Experience working within a motor trade Parts Department, ideally within a dealership environment
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
• Background in using computerised parts and stock management systems; ideally Pinnacle.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to increase parts sales
• GCSE or equivalent qualification
• A full driving licence
