Fox Grand Traverse Ford is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Parts Advisor to join our busy and growing dealership.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with service technicians, service advisors, and retail and wholesale customers to identify and supply the correct parts.
• Utilize electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems to research, locate, and order parts accurately.
• Support a busy service department by ensuring technicians receive the parts they need to complete repairs efficiently.
• Provide accurate parts pricing, availability, and delivery information.
• Identify additional parts and accessories opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Coordinate special orders, returns, and inventory availability.
• Help maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient parts department.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while contributing to department sales and profitability.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive dealership parts experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and repair terminology.
• Experience with electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, service advisors, and customers.
• Sales-minded approach with a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality.
• Ford dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
