We're a growing team known for reliable, high-quality installation, service, and breakdown work, and we're looking for an organised, personable Parts & Scheduling Coordinator to keep our office running smoothly and support our engineers in the field.

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on office role at the heart of the business. You'll be the link between customers, engineers, and suppliers — keeping jobs moving from first enquiry through to completed, invoiced work. No two days will be quite the same, but your core responsibilities will include:

Parts & purchasing

  • Liaising with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery
  • Keeping stock and purchasing records up to date

Scheduling & diary management

  • Booking in jobs and managing engineers' diaries
  • Coordinating schedules to make sure the right engineer is in the right place with the right job details
  • Responding to schedule changes, delays, and urgent call-outs

Customer quotes & job closure

  • Preparing and sending quotes to customers
  • Following up on quotes and answering customer questions
  • Closing out completed jobs — confirming work is finished, paperwork is in, and invoicing is done

General office administration

  • Handling incoming calls and emails
  • Supporting with day-to-day admin and other office tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple jobs/priorities at once
  • Confident, friendly telephone and customer service manner
  • Comfortable with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, scheduling systems)
  • Previous experience in a purchasing, parts/stores. (trades/construction background a bonus, but not essential)
  • A team player who's happy to pitch in wherever the office needs support

Based on a five day working week (42.5hrs Avg). Including weekends on a rota basis (every 3rd weekend)

Pay: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Company events
  • Company pension
  • Employee discount

Work Location: In person
