Parts & Service Advisor

If you know your way around motorcycles, side-by-sides, and ATVs—and you’re just as comfortable talking to customers as you are talking shop—we want you on our team.

We’re looking for someone who can own the service lane and parts counter, keep things moving, and make the whole experience smooth for our customers from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to for customers needing service on motorcycles, SxS, and ATVs
• Greet customers, write up service tickets, and guide them through the repair process
• Break down technical issues into clear, easy-to-understand explanations
• Schedule and manage service appointments
• Handle over-the-counter parts sales
• Manage parts ordering and keep inventory dialed in
• Work closely with technicians to quote jobs, coordinate repairs, and keep the shop running efficiently
• Review completed work orders for accuracy and quality
• Process payments for both service and parts

What You Bring:

• Solid knowledge of powersports equipment and parts lookup systems
• Experience with dealer management systems (work orders, quoting, billing, etc.)
• Strong communication skills—you can set expectations, build trust, and confidently recommend needed repairs and add-ons
• Ability to stay organized and keep multiple moving pieces on track
