PARTS ASSISTANT

• Manage daily parts operations, including receiving, storing, issuing and arranging spare parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock movements are properly recorded.
• Prepare and issue parts according to workshop job orders and service requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and parts availability, and assist with parts ordering and replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy and minimise discrepancies.
• Work closely with the service and workshop teams to ensure the required parts are available on time and support smooth operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Automotive, Logistics, Warehouse Management or related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in automotive parts, warehouse or inventory operations.
• Automotive dealership experience will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts and workshop operations.
• Good computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Detail-oriented, organised and responsible.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
