Parts Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming spare parts according to company procedures
• Issue parts to technicians and service advisors based on job requirements
• Monitor stock levels and ensure parts availability for daily workshop operations
• Assist in stock control, inventory checks, and cycle counts
• Prepare parts requisition and support ordering process when required
• Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and cleanliness of the parts store
• Handle warranty parts and return parts according to company procedures
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and documentation
• Support the Parts Executive in daily operations and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the parts department.

Job Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in parts, store, warehouse, or automotive aftersales environment
• Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts and inventory control
• Familiar with stock management systems and Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good teamwork, organization, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
