Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. Duties

• Assist customers by providing knowledgeable guidance on powersports parts and accessories sales, including vehicle maintenance advice
• Manage inventory control and parts management to ensure stock levels meet operational needs
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship building
• Support sales management efforts through retail math, order fulfillment, and upselling powersport service options
• Maintain organization of automotive parts and accessories, including stocking shelves and managing inventory
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and basic vehicle system diagnostics to assist technicians and customers effectively
• Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas to uphold safety standards
• Engage in client communication to promote powersports parts sales and service offerings

Requirements

• Proven experience in dealership or powersport repair environments is preferred
• Strong knowledge of powersport parts, accessories
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, inventory management software, POS systems
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and order fulfillment processes
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective client communication
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills coupled with automotive diagnostics expertise
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
• Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while demonstrating customer service excellence
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanical knowledge related to powersport maintenance and repair processes is highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.50 per hour
