Parts Coordinator

Job Summary

Antilles Power Depot is seeking a Parts Coordinator to drive parts sales and support our customers and Service Department. This position focuses on identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate products, preparing quotes, and converting inquiries into sales through consistent follow-up. The ideal candidate is sales-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with technical products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable parts and related products.
• Prepare accurate quotes, process sales orders, and proactively follow up to close sales.
• Research part numbers, applications, pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through complementary products and solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source products and confirm pricing and availability.
• Keep customers informed of order status, delivery timelines, and available alternatives.
• Work closely with technicians and the Service Department to fulfill parts requirements.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, returns, and product organization.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, and order records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in counter sales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role involving technical products is preferred.
• Ability to identify products using catalogs, part numbers, and technical specifications is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
• Proactive approach to following up on quotes and closing sales.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory and sales systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
